This is the technology of Yoga, spiritual wisdom, devotion, intuitive knowledge of the Shabad, certain knowledge of the Essence of Reality, chanting and unbroken intensive meditation. Should I center myself in meditation, or study the spiritual wisdom of the Shaastras?
