T⒤ké. 1. ਤਿਲਕ। 2. ਤਿਲਕ ਲਾਵੈ ਭਾਵ ਗਦੀ ਦੇਵੇ। 1. vermillion mark on the forehead. 2. put vermillion mark on the forehead as sign of desendance on the thorn.
ਉਦਾਹਰਨਾ:
1. ਤਿਨ ਮੁਖਿ ਟਿਕੇ ਨਿਕਲਹਿ ਜਿਨ ਮਨਿ ਸਚਾ ਨਾਉ ॥ (ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦੇ ਤਿਲਕ). Raga Sireeraag 1, 6, 2:2 (P: 16).
2. ਸਚੁ ਸਚਾ ਸਭ ਦੂ ਵਡਾ ਹੈ ਸੋ ਲਏ ਜਿਸੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਟਿਕੇ ॥ Raga Gaurhee 4, Vaar 18:1 (P: 304).
