By The Grace Of The True Guru: ਜਾ ਕਉ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਅਜਾਮਲੁ ਉਧਰਿਓ ਗਨਿਕਾ ਹੂ ਗਤਿ ਪਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ जा कउ सिमरि अजामलु उधरिओ गनिका हू गति पाई ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Jaa ka▫o simar ajaamal uḋʰaari▫o ganikaa hoo gaṫ paa▫ee. ||1|| rahaa▫o. Meditating in remembrance of it, Ajaamal was saved, and Ganika the prostitute was emancipated. ||1||Pause|| ਹਰਿ ਕੋ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖਦਾਈ ॥ हरि को नामु सदा सुखदाई ॥ Har ko naam saḋaa sukʰ▫ḋaa▫ee. The Name of the Lord is forever the Giver of peace. ਪੰਚਾਲੀ ਕਉ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਮਹਿ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਧਿ ਆਈ ॥ पंचाली कउ राज सभा महि राम नाम सुधि आई ॥ Panchaalee ka▫o raaj sabʰaa mėh raam naam suḋʰ aa▫ee. Dropadi the princess of Panchaala remembered the Lord’s Name in the royal court. ਤਾ ਕੋ ਦੂਖੁ ਹਰਿਓ ਕਰੁਣਾ ਮੈ ਅਪਨੀ ਪੈਜ ਬਢਾਈ ॥੧॥ ता को दूखु हरिओ करुणा मै अपनी पैज बढाई ॥१॥ Ṫaa ko ḋookʰ hari▫o karuṇaa mæ apnee pæj badʰaa▫ee. ||1|| The Lord, the embodiment of mercy, removed her suffering; thus, His own glory was increased. ||1|| ਜਿਹ ਨਰ ਜਸੁ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਿਧਿ ਗਾਇਓ ਤਾ ਕਉ ਭਇਓ ਸਹਾਈ ॥ जिह नर जसु किरपा निधि गाइओ ता कउ भइओ सहाई ॥ Jih nar jas kirpaa niḋʰ gaa▫i▫o ṫaa ka▫o bʰa▫i▫o sahaa▫ee. That man, who sings the Praise of the Lord, the treasure of mercy, has the help and support of the Lord. ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਮੈ ਇਹੀ ਭਰੋਸੈ ਗਹੀ ਆਨਿ ਸਰਨਾਈ ॥੨॥੧॥ कहु नानक मै इही भरोसै गही आनि सरनाई ॥२॥१॥ Kaho Naanak mæ ihee bʰarosæ gahee aan sarnaa▫ee. ||2||1|| Says Nanak, I have come to rely on this. I seek the Sanctuary of the Lord. ||2||1||
