Kaanraa, Fifth Mehl: ਮਾਨ ਤਨੁ ਧਨੁ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੇ ਸਿਮਰਤ ਦੁਖੁ ਜਾਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ मान तनु धनु प्रान प्रभ के सिमरत दुखु जाइ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Maan ṫan ḋʰan paraan parabʰ ké simraṫ ḋukʰ jaa▫é. ||1|| rahaa▫o. Mind, body, wealth and the breath of life - all come from God; remembering Him in meditation, pain is taken away. ||1||Pause|| ਈਤ ਊਤ ਕਹਾ ਲੋੁਭਾਵਹਿ ਏਕ ਸਿਉ ਮਨੁ ਲਾਇ ॥੧॥ ईत ऊत कहा लुोभावहि एक सिउ मनु लाइ ॥१॥ Eeṫ ooṫ kahaa lobʰaavėh ék si▫o man laa▫é. ||1|| Why are you entangled in this and that? Let your mind be attuned to the One. ||1|| ਮਹਾ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਸੰਤ ਆਸਨੁ ਮਿਲਿ ਸੰਗਿ ਗੋਬਿਦੁ ਧਿਆਇ ॥੨॥ महा पवित्र संत आसनु मिलि संगि गोबिदु धिआइ ॥२॥ Mahaa paviṫar sanṫ aasan mil sang gobiḋ ḋʰi▫aa▫é. ||2|| The place of the Saints is utterly sacred; meet with them, and meditate on the Lord of the Universe. ||2|| ਸਗਲ ਤਿਆਗਿ ਸਰਨਿ ਆਇਓ ਨਾਨਕ ਲੇਹੁ ਮਿਲਾਇ ॥੩॥੩॥੧੪॥ सगल तिआगि सरनि आइओ नानक लेहु मिलाइ ॥३॥३॥१४॥ Sagal ṫi▫aag saran aa▫i▫o Naanak lého milaa▫é. ||3||3||14|| O Nanak! I have abandoned everything and come to Your Sanctuary. Please let me merge with You. ||3||3||14||
