ਹਰਿ ਕਰਹੁ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਜਗਜੀਵਨਾ ਗੁਰੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਲਿ ਦਇਆਲੁ ॥ हरि करहु क्रिपा जगजीवना गुरु सतिगुरु मेलि दइआलु ॥ Har karahu kirpaa jagjeevanaa gur saṫgur mél ḋa▫i▫aal. O Lord, Life of the World, please bless me with Your Grace, and lead me to meet the Guru, the Merciful True Guru. ਮਃ ੪ ॥ मः ४ ॥ Mėhlaa 4. Fourth Mehl: ਗੁਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਹਰਿ ਹਮ ਭਾਈਆ ਹਰਿ ਹੋਆ ਹਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾਲੁ ॥ गुर सेवा हरि हम भाईआ हरि होआ हरि किरपालु ॥ Gur sévaa har ham bʰaa▫ee▫aa har ho▫aa har kirpaal. I am happy to serve the Guru; the Lord has become merciful to me. ਸਭ ਆਸਾ ਮਨਸਾ ਵਿਸਰੀ ਮਨਿ ਚੂਕਾ ਆਲ ਜੰਜਾਲੁ ॥ सभ आसा मनसा विसरी मनि चूका आल जंजालु ॥ Sabʰ aasaa mansaa visree man chookaa aal janjaal. All my hopes and desires have been forgotten; my mind is rid of its worldly entanglements. ਗੁਰਿ ਤੁਠੈ ਨਾਮੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਾਇਆ ਹਮ ਕੀਏ ਸਬਦਿ ਨਿਹਾਲੁ ॥ गुरि तुठै नामु द्रिड़ाइआ हम कीए सबदि निहालु ॥ Gur ṫutʰæ naam driṛ▫aa▫i▫aa ham kee▫é sabaḋ nihaal. The Guru, in His Mercy, implanted the Naam within me; I am enraptured with the Word of the Shabad. ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕਿ ਅਤੁਟੁ ਧਨੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਾ ਹਰਿ ਧਨੁ ਮਾਲੁ ॥੨॥ जन नानकि अतुटु धनु पाइआ हरि नामा हरि धनु मालु ॥२॥ Jan Naanak aṫut ḋʰan paa▫i▫aa har naamaa har ḋʰan maal. ||2|| Servant Nanak has obtained the inexhaustible wealth; the Lord’s Name is his wealth and property. ||2||
