ਸਲੋਕ ਮਃ ੫ ॥ सलोक मः ५ ॥ Salok mėhlaa 5. Shalok, Fifth Mehl: ਜਿਨਾ ਸਾਸਿ ਗਿਰਾਸਿ ਨ ਵਿਸਰੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਾਂ ਮਨਿ ਮੰਤੁ ॥ जिना सासि गिरासि न विसरै हरि नामां मनि मंतु ॥ Jinaa saas giraas na visræ har naamaaⁿ man manṫ. Those who do not forget the Lord, with each breath and morsel of food, whose minds are filled with the Mantra of the Lord’s Name - ਧੰਨੁ ਸਿ ਸੇਈ ਨਾਨਕਾ ਪੂਰਨੁ ਸੋਈ ਸੰਤੁ ॥੧॥ धंनु सि सेई नानका पूरनु सोई संतु ॥१॥ Ḋʰan sė sé▫ee naankaa pooran so▫ee sanṫ. ||1|| they alone are blessed; O Nanak! They are the perfect Saints. ||1||
