ਅਬ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਖਨਹਾਰੁ ਚਿਤਾਰਿਆ ॥ अब हरि राखनहारु चितारिआ ॥ Ab har raakʰanhaar chiṫaari▫aa. Now, I contemplate and meditate on the Lord, the Saviour Lord. ਧਨਾਸਿਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ धनासिरी महला ५ ॥ Ḋʰanaasiree mėhlaa 5. Dhanaasaree, Fifth Mehl: ਪਤਿਤ ਪੁਨੀਤ ਕੀਏ ਖਿਨ ਭੀਤਰਿ ਸਗਲਾ ਰੋਗੁ ਬਿਦਾਰਿਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ पतित पुनीत कीए खिन भीतरि सगला रोगु बिदारिआ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Paṫiṫ puneeṫ kee▫é kʰin bʰeeṫar saglaa rog biḋaari▫aa. ||1|| rahaa▫o. He purifies sinners in an instant, and cures all diseases. ||1||Pause|| ਗੋਸਟਿ ਭਈ ਸਾਧ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਮਿ ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੁ ਲੋਭੁ ਮਾਰਿਆ ॥ गोसटि भई साध कै संगमि काम क्रोधु लोभु मारिआ ॥ Gosat bʰa▫ee saaḋʰ kæ sangam kaam kroḋʰ lobʰ maari▫aa. Talking with the Holy Saints, my sexual desire, anger and greed have been eradicated. ਸਿਮਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਪੂਰਨ ਨਾਰਾਇਨ ਸੰਗੀ ਸਗਲੇ ਤਾਰਿਆ ॥੧॥ सिमरि सिमरि पूरन नाराइन संगी सगले तारिआ ॥१॥ Simar simar pooran naaraa▫in sangee saglé ṫaari▫aa. ||1|| Remembering, remembering the Perfect Lord in meditation, I have saved all my companions. ||1|| ਅਉਖਧ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਮੂਲ ਮਨ ਏਕੈ ਮਨਿ ਬਿਸ੍ਵਾਸੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਧਾਰਿਆ ॥ अउखध मंत्र मूल मन एकै मनि बिस्वासु प्रभ धारिआ ॥ A▫ukʰaḋʰ manṫar mool man ékæ man bisvaas parabʰ ḋʰaari▫aa. The Mul Mantra, the Root Mantra, is the only cure for the mind; I have installed faith in God in my mind. ਚਰਨ ਰੇਨ ਬਾਂਛੈ ਨਿਤ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਪੁਨਹ ਪੁਨਹ ਬਲਿਹਾਰਿਆ ॥੨॥੧੬॥ चरन रेन बांछै नित नानकु पुनह पुनह बलिहारिआ ॥२॥१६॥ Charan rén baaⁿchʰæ niṫ Naanak punah punah balihaari▫aa. ||2||16|| Nanak ever longs for the dust of the Lord’s feet; again and again, he is a sacrifice to the Lord. ||2||16||
